  未雨绸缪， 保护长江   提高警惕，捍卫三峡 作者：林立 律师 si_linz@msn.com   本人最近才在中国旅游摄影采风5个星期归来。 见证了中国江南的翠绿， 塞外外的辽阔，神农架的神秘，长江的威力。古谚云：水能载舟，亦能覆舟。我们可以利用水造福人类，水却也是祸害的源头之一。 4月中旬在王昭君故里附近的兴山县城地界内，见证了一场暴雨过后，山体滑坡，切断公路交通的事故。看到不少兴致勃勃游神农架的游客被困12小时。 深感中国自然环境的多变，也惊醒：未雨绸缪， 保护长江，提高警惕，捍卫三峡。   另据德国新闻社转载《南华早报》的消息：香港有风水命理师在自己的博客文章中断言：三峡大坝会是下一个灾难的源头。   这些香港的风水命理师是从奥运5个吉祥物暨奥运福娃来研判的：   晶晶：是一只可爱的熊猫，与本次地震四川（卧龙自然保护区）联系密切； 欢欢：象征奥运圣火，有一头火焰似的红发， 与奥运火炬被袭有关； 迎迎：羚羊，来自西藏边陲，与西藏动荡相连； 妮妮：灵感源自燕子、沙燕风筝，与山东潍坊附近的火车灾祸相连； 贝贝：灵感源自中国年画–莲年有余、中国传统鱼纹样、水浪纹样，即中华鲟，来自长江，到目前还没有出事，但最令人担心。   本人依金木水火土五行分析，似乎都有过灾难了。 金：山东的火车相撞事故；地震中的桥梁建筑毁坏； 木：西藏动荡中的房屋店铺树木毁坏；地震中的森林毁坏； 火：奥运圣火被袭击。意外事故中的财物被焚毁。 土：地震，滑坡，泥石流，雪崩等； 水：除了暗指中国大雪灾外，地震获得大雨，是否还暗示长江的三峡大坝呢？   人们焦急等待命运的显示。中国长江流域的梅雨季节很快到来，防洪防汛又会是一场考验。   澳洲国家电视台《海外通讯录》4月20日也拨出了库区民众对大坝附近生态的忧虑。长江人，特别是三峡人，一定要保持警惕。   我们都知道奥运选择在2008年8月8日晚上8点在北京开幕。香港有迷信的博客预言：以往备受中国人宠爱的吉祥数字8变得不再吉利： 中国雪灾 1月25日（1+2+5=8）； … Continue reading →
