Aldi’s Goldenvale: Honey Wheats: Sugar content 46%; I have yet to locate a pure puffed wheat from Aldi.

http://sweetpoison.com.au/  I have heard over the radio re the negative impact sugar has on  people esp children’s life.
So I read my cereal labels more carefully.
